Lixir referrals

Bring traders.
Earn 15% in LXR.

When an eligible referred purchase is confirmed, the referrer earns 15% of the buyer’s LXR allocation. The buyer receives their full purchased allocation.

15%

Rewarded in tokens.

A referred purchase allocating 10,000 LXR earns 1,500 LXR for the referrer. Rewards come from the ecosystem allocation, with up to 45M LXR reserved for the full sale.

The proposed referral schedule matches buyer vesting: 20% at token launch and the remaining 80% over 12 months. Confirmed rewards and claim details will appear through wallet records.

Rewards follow a successful raise and eligible confirmed purchases. Refunded/cancelled purchases and self-referrals receive no reward. The contract will record attribution and enforce reward limits.

04 / The exchange

Spot. Futures. Prop challenges.

One platform for exchange trading and paid futures challenges. Product rules and integrations are being developed.

01 / Platform

Spot and futures.

Trade cryptoassets on spot markets or take futures positions through Bitlixir’s planned exchange. Supported markets, collateral, leverage limits and fees will be published before access opens.

02 / Prop trading

Take the challenge.

Purchase a futures challenge account and trade against published evaluation targets and risk limits. Account sizes, pricing, simulated or live execution, progression and payout terms will be defined before challenge sales.

03 / Token benefit

Fees and VIP access.

LXR is intended to provide trading-fee discounts and VIP access. Bitlixir will define VIP tiers with their own benefits; thresholds, eligibility and tier details will be published separately.

04 / Proposed policy

Buybacks and possible burns.

Platform-fee revenue may fund LXR buybacks under a published policy. A portion could be burned periodically. Each burn is permanent; the program need not run indefinitely. No rate, schedule or price support is promised.

Exchange goals / Launch updates

Full raise. Product launch. Token launch.

After the full $3 million raise, Bitlixir will launch the product first, followed shortly afterwards by Lixir. The 20% buyer unlock occurs at token launch, followed by 12 months of vesting. Complete spot execution, futures margin and liquidation controls, the balance ledger, custody and deposits/withdrawals. Build challenge evaluation, account separation and payout controls, then validate liquidity and security before opening eligible products. Token claims, fee discounts and VIP benefits require their own verified integrations. Exchange and token launch dates, along with further product details, will be announced as the presale progresses.

Full-raise requirement

A $3M funding plan.

The entire target must be reached for the sale to succeed. Escrow, failure refunds and a sale closing deadline are required before contributions can open.

The additional $400,000 funds liquidity and market operations; other dollar budgets stay unchanged. Percentages are rounded. Planning allocations are subject to quotes and final terms. Spot, futures and prop challenges require a revised cost model, including company trading capital and payout reserves. Token reserves are separate from this cash budget.

Funding & delivery
